In preparation for colder surf days, we will be learning how to safely prepare for winter surf on Lake Huron.

We will review how to…

• read wind patterns.

• prepare for cold water temperature and prevent hypothermia.

• navigate the surf environment.

• stay safe!

What to Expect!

10:30-11:30am - Winter Surf Workshop & Coffee at the Grand Bend Art Centre (16 Municipal Dr.)

11:30am -12:00pm - Change and Drive Down to South Beach

12:00-1:30pm - Group Surf

The cost is by donation (recommended $35 per person including locally prepared coffee).

Board and Wetsuit Rentals are $28.25 each for those requiring equipment.
